M&T Distilling was built on that same belief.

Every batch begins with locally grown grain, pure water, and a traditional copper still that honors the past and creates the clean, rich character that defines our shine today. We keep our process simple and intentional, crafting small batches that are twice distilled for exceptional smoothness and flavor.

Around here, we believe great moonshine shouldn’t burn away the taste of the grain or the craftsmanship behind it. That’s why every run is watched closely, cut carefully, and bottled only when it meets the standard we’d proudly pour for family and friends.
